Each home in Carlinn Hall will be powered by a state-of-the-art eco friendly heating system. Perfected in the Nordic Countries, this award-winning technology will save you money on energy bills, have much less impact on the environment and delivers piping hot water, with adjustable pressure, within 3 seconds.

It works like a domestic central heating system, only on a larger scale. Water is heated at a central energy centre and circulated through an underground insulated pipe network to each home in Carlinn Hall.

Each house has its own separate meter and an electronic system to control the internal temperature of your home. The system is fueled by wood chip and natural gas.

In addition to the financial benefits the environmental benefits are manifold: there is less wastage of hot water, there is no boiler in your home and the air quality is cleaner, and 90% biofuel will be used to generate your heating, which will only generate half the C02 emissions of oil-fired boilers.

By installing this type of heating system in the development, we are making an active contribution to a cleaner environment.
